  1. Love this! Not only is Bisbee the killer bee's knees (as in Killer Bee Honey), Cafe Roka is one of the best restaurants in Arizona, and there's so much to do in this area of the state. I always try to make a stop at Whitewater Draw Wildlife Refuge when down there, and also visit Kartchner Caverns on the way, Fairbank on the way back, and Cafe Poca Cosa in Tucson for dinner on the way back to Phoenix after a weekend in Bisbee. Love the Highland House, Copper Queen, Jonquil, Copper City Inn, Bisbee Brewing Company, etc., etc...
